What a week here actually looks like.

A typical week

A week of structure, good food, and sleep.

Five programs, each with its own shape. None try to fix you. They give you a few days of structure, real food, twice-daily practice, and proper sleep. That tends to do most of the work.

01 · Reset
4 nights · 8 to 12 guests

02 · Regulate

Five nights, for people who train.

Adds movement intensives, walking practice, and a longer recovery block. For athletes and high-output people who want to know why their body isn't responding the way it used to.

03 · Reconnect

Seven nights, for couples, families, and close friends.

Group work, music, and a council format. We hold these smaller, usually 8 to 12 people. Travel together, leave with the same week behind you.
