Reset
Daily yoga, breathwork, two meals, sauna and cold plunge in the afternoon. No lectures. The point is to put the nervous system down.

Regulate
Adds movement intensives, walking practice, and a longer recovery block. For athletes and people who train and want their body to respond the way it used to.

Reconnect
Group work, music, council. For couples, families, and close groups of friends. We hold these smaller, usually 8 to 12 people.

Re-enter
For returning guests. Lighter structure, more open time, the same room you had before. A way to come back without the program.

Yoga Week
Twice-daily practice with one teacher across the week. Open to all levels. Pranayama in the morning, longer asana in the late afternoon.
